If OpenGround crashes or errors you can locate and send the error log files to support by creating a Service Request and attaching the files.
The default location for log files are listed below, you can copy and paste the paths in to File Explorer to be taken to the location:
OpenGround Launcher

Professional
%localappdata%\Bentley\OpenGround\Professional\logs
Civils Extension
%localappdata%\Bentley\OpenGround\Civil3DExtension\logs
Excel Extension
%localappdata%\Bentley\OpenGround\ExcelExtension\logs
Template Studio
%localappdata%\Bentley\OpenGround\TemplateStudio\logs
Once you have your log files you can create a Service Request and send the logs to support.
