Problem
When a DWG is renamed to anything other than DWG, it cannot be opened.
When attempting to open file error message received that file is not a
recognized file format.
To reproduce:
1. Select DWG file in either Open File Dialog in V8i or Windows
Explorer
2. Rename extension from .dwg to .dgn
3. Attempt to open file in MicroStation

Solution
RealDWG work as design issue since AutoCAD cannot open any non-dwg (or
dxf) file extension.
