Icon appears incorrectly for PDF's.
Using Insert>Object tool to insert PDF files using icon's option for display results in blank icon or icon that is titled "Adobe Acrobat" but no picture. This problem began after installing the full version of Adobe Acrobat when Adobe Reader was already installed. Adobe Acrobat can be un-installed but the icon will no longer appear correctly.
The problem is with Microsoft's Insert Object API’s. It appears that Microsoft fixed this API for Windows 7 and/or possibly in Vista.
In these cases a lower resolution icon will need to be used so that the Adobe Icon will display.

To find the path or to pick location of where the icon will be pulled from. Click the "Display as Icon" checkbox. Click on the "Change Icon" button. This will take you to the current path of where icon file that is being used exist. The icon file can be changed to another file or browse to a new path of where the new icon file exist. Select the lower
resolution icon file to be used.
