Problem

Undo commands done in a reference file is not available. For example, the ability to be able to undo changes on references to drawings. Reference move / reference mirror / reference rotate among other reference commands can not be undone.

Solution

Go to Workspace > Preference > Reference and uncheck "Save settings to Save changes"
