Problem

Can't open reference new session
Suddenly user can't open reference in new session.
After "Open in New Session" only a new MS MANAGER session opens,
but MS doesn't start automatically with the selected reference file.
User must browse to this reference file in the new MS manager session to
open it.
Problem is not file dependent, files are local stored.
Rename upf doesn't solve it

Solution

Variable in user.cfg set
MS_INITAPPS >runmacro
This macro opens MS and application Visualplan
when double-clicking a dgn file.
Removing this variable solves the problem
