Problem
In V7 workmode (MS_OPEN=3) if you attach V7 reference file
to V7 master file and reference file is stored in different directory
to master file, after reopening the master file the path to
reference file is lost. The name of reference file in the reference
dialog box is displayed as red color.

Solution
Since Microstation V8.5 we have new configuration variable
MS_REF_DEFAULTSETTINGS. This configuration variable
controls the default settings for reference attachments.
Also, to store the complete path to V7 files for newly attached
references, set the variable to completepathv7=1.
