Problem
Unable to properly batch process the compress utility against
multiple version V7 files.
When attempting to batch process multiple MicroStation V7 files
to remove empty text character strings. The batch process was
run using the "compress design" option but this did not successfully
apply the changes made by the compression.

Solution
Manually include in the batch process command file the "SAVE DESIGN"
key-in to save the changes made by the compress utility to MicroStation
V7 format in order for this to be stored properly. This allows for any
changes made in the MicroStation V7 design file while working in the
MicroStation V7 workmode to be properly stored in the file.
