If when running the Launcher you get the error 'unable to retrieve App details from server' something has gone wrong with the Authentication process.

Follow the Steps to fix this problem

1. On the problem machine press Start (Windows button, bottom left)
2. Type "Windows Credentials Manager" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
3. In the window that opens go to "Windows Credentials", then look for one in the list for "Open-Ground-Cloud-Launcher"
4. Select the option to remove it from the list.
5. Reload the Launcher and have the user login to Authenticate.

The problem should now be fixed. If this doesn't help fix the issue please raise a Service Request.
