Problem
Changing the background color for dialog boxes in MicroStation V8 XM.
Is there a way to change the background color of the dialog windows,
such as the element information tool and the level display tool in
MicroStation V8 XM edition?

Solution
The background color for the dialog boxes are controlled by the Windows
color settings. Do a right-click on the desktop, select the Appearance
tab > Advanced and change the Window color.
