Problem

Open DWG files & have the Global Origin set per client standards.--How to Open a DWG using a DGN Seed file Global Origin.

Solution

DWG Open Options > Select the desired seed file with the correct global origin:
Basic > DGN Seed File
Toggling the option on to use the seed file's Global Origin
Advanced> Toggle ON, Use Seed File Global Origin
