Problem

User Drags the cursor across the screen it makes like a little a trail
on the screen.

Solution

Go to the Windows Operating Systems Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Unmark Enable Pointer Shadow or Pointer Options and check the Display Pointer Trail setting.
