Problem
DBX CAS 4 Error happens when open DGW file or save DGN to DWG file for
MicroStation V8i SS3
Solution
1: remove AutoDesk RealDWG 2012/2010, and remvoe all the files with
prefix named acdb* in C:\Windows\ folder and all sub-folders after
backup those files.
2: Then reinstall AutoDesk RealDWG 2012/2010 in the package of
MicroStation V8i SS3/SS2. MicroStatio V8i SS3 will be able to work on
DWG files.
