Problem
Tools pull-down sub menu don't work. When using Tools pull-down menu
the sub-menu which allows for expanding or even opening sub-menu as a
toolbox using the "Open as Toolbox" does not work. The arrow which allow
for this expansion are no longer available.
Solution
1. Go to Workspace>Configuration pull-down menu.
2. Go to Operation category
3. Select the "Use Command Window"
4. Verify that the "MS_USECOMMANDWINDOW" is set. If this variable is set remove the settings by selecting the 'Delete' button which will reset the variable to undefined.
5. Close MicroStation by exiting and restarting the program.
