Problem

After setting Reference Presentation, text and dimensions are not
displaying.

Product: MicroStation V8 2004 Edition

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Rendering > Settings.
2. Turn off the Ignore Open Elements and Text setting.
3. Update the view.
