Problem

Placed cell does not display.

Cells that create new levels when placed to do not appear until
restarting the file. The new levels that are created are turned off. When file
is reopened, these levels are turned on.

Version specific to 08.09.02.52

Solution

Turn on levels created by cell, or upgrade to 08.09.04.51.
