Problem

Blank MicroStation manager screen
The user is having an intermittent problem with the MicroStation Manager
screen coming up blank. It does not happen every time, but it does
happen regularly.

 There is a screen shot of the problem in the
resolution documents.

Solution

User informed us that they have the Axiom Dual-Screen Manager product
installed on these boxes. The problem only occurs when that product is
enabled.
