Steps to Accomplish

1. Go to Element menu\Dimension Style

2. Open the Unit Tab-> Angle format: Units=Angle

 

3. After doing this Go to Utilities\Key in=dimstyle active arclength;dimcreate angular arcsize

You will be asked to Select the start of dimension and select the dimension endpoint

And then You will be able of moving parallel to the arc to place the dimension of your arc
