If the user is not able to get entitlements, company appointed Bentley On-site Admin should:
a. Check that their IMS is configured properly in User Management.
b. Check in User Management that their IMS ID is properly associated to their account
c. Check the Entitlement country is set to the valid country for that account.
d. Check User Entitlement does not have any restrictions
Common problems we've seen are:
a. The user self registered and their admin has not yet approved their registration, so they're not yet associated to the account. Contact their Bentley Onsite Admin to fix this issue.
b. The user's Entitlement country is either blank or set to a country that doesn't have entitlements to the product they're trying to run. Another words, licenses are not available in a specific country.
Solution: Contact their Bentley Onsite Admin to confirm and fix these issues.
