Ability to permanently dock tool settings to the task menu on the left hand side of screen.

Steps to Accomplish

Workspace>Configuration>
MS_MAINMENUDOCKINGBESIDE

Set this equal to 1.

Save Settings.

You should now be able to dock your
toolbars.
