Problem:
The User-Defined Combination is always listed last or at the bottom of the list. How to customize the order of Combination names such that User-Define Name are not always grouped at the end?
Solution:
The combinations dialog requires that the individual load combination be listed before the combination where the load cases will be used in a combination. For example, Non-code combination GrT1P1 can not be listed before each of the other individual load combinations( Gr, T1, or P1).
Wrong combination listing:

The correct combination listing must be:

AutoPIPE does export a results database file where the user can modify the reports as desired with a program like MS Access. See online help for export MDB file for details.
At present, AutoPIPE does not provide a way to insert a new load combination above existing ones or to re‑sort the combination list once combinations have been created. Because of this limitation, deleting and recreating combinations is the commonly used workaround, although it is not ideal. If you believe this sort of feature needs to be added to AutoPIPE, please add your voice by up voting this IDEA here. The more votes from companies, the quicker the development team and Product manager will take notice. Note, all comments on IDEAs are sent directly to the Product Manager for response.
A more efficient approach is to:

- Plan and define combinations in a hierarchical order, creating basic and intermediate combinations first, followed by dependent combinations.
- Maintain a template model or combination file with the desired ordering and hierarchy and then use the Import Combination File option to bring those combinations into other models as needed. This avoids repeatedly deleting and recreating combinations.
In conclusion, the development team realizes the users would like a more tailored output report. There are plans for a complete overhaul of the report facility to make it more user friendly and easily customizable for the individual user.
