Problem:

I wish to run a thermal-only analysis load case in an Static Analysis Load Set. How do I disable the gravity case?

Solution:

If the Static Analysis Load Set has just one load case to be analyzed, use a Linear Analysis. However, this will ignore Gaps, Friction, and Soil settings in the model.

A Non-Linear Analysis takes Gaps, Friction, and Soil settings into consideration, HOWEVER now there is a load sequence where GR (Gravity) is always the initial case to other load case and cannot be disabled.
