Problem:
The following error message is displayed in AutoPIPE:

E523-21: No range specified for rotation

Why and how to avoid it.
Solution:
As the message indicates, when trying to perform a rotation command the nothing in the model was selected or highlighted in red.
Before starting certain AutoPIPE commands parts of the model must be selected (highlighted red) and then select the command to be used.
Workaround
First select the piping to be rotated and then press Rotate command button
