The following error message is displayed in AutoPIPE:

Why and how to avoid it.
Solution:
As the message indicates, when trying to perform a copy command, a selection must be made first. Without a selection made, the error message is displayed.
Select the section of piping that you intend to copy before selecting the copy command. Then you will be able to select the base point to copy from, as shown below:
