Problem:
Why is the AutoPIPE version and Model Name missing from the top of the application screen?
How to fix it?
Solution:
A MS Window's setting is causing this issue.
Steps to fix:
Step #1: Right click on windows desktop >Select Personalize
Step #2: Go to Colors tab, scroll down and turn on “Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bar:
Note: select a contrasting color other than the current title bar color
Step #3: Done!!!
