Companies are used to represent commercial entities that participate in the delivery of the project. Companies can be used to group resources and associated Usage by their employing company.

Create a Company

1. Select Resources>Companies.
   
2. Select  Add Company​.
3. Enter the Company Name, this must be unique.
4. Enter Supplier reference number, Tax identification number, ABN and Description, as needed.
5. Select Create Company.

Edit a Company

1. To edit a Company, click on the  icon to the right of any existing Company.
   
2. Edit the Company Name, Supplier reference number, Tax identification number, ABN and Description, as needed.
3. ​Click Update Company.
4. To delete a Company, click on the  icon​​.
   If a Company has a grey icon , there are existing records associated with the Company and it cannot be deleted.
