Events are unplanned circumstances that arise while completed planned work (Activities). Events can be viewed on a map to give a clear overview of where they have occurred to reveal any patterns that develop.
- Click on Events > All Events > Map.
- Click on an orange Event marker in the map to view its details.
If images are attached to an Event, the first image will also appear when the marker is clicked. - Add filters as needed, then click Filter.
Only filtered Events will appear on the map. - Click
Add Event to add an Event. - Click Export
to download an Excel file of the Event data. - Click Summary Report
to download a PDF report. - If filters are in place (including Status checkboxes), only filtered Events will appear in the Summary Report.
Note: Events without location data will not appear on the map
