User Permission Roles


Every SYNCHRO Perform User has a Role linked to a set of permissions.

Refer to the detailed User Roles Permissions Matrix  for access by function.

Below is a general flow chart of SYNCHRO Perform's permissions, what they offer, and what the User roles are, to assist when deciding who should be assigned which role.*

Certain roles, such as the Client Reviewer, can only view information that is assigned to them. For more information on assigning access to Client Reviewer Users, view the Client Reviewer Access Management guide.

User Role

You can view your role on the SYNCHRO Perform website by clicking your name in the top-right hand corner, then clicking "View Profile".

Changing a User's Role

  1. To change a User's role, go to "Settings > Administration > Users"
  2. Search for the name of the User you'd like to edit, then click on their Name.
  3. Edit their Role, then click on "Update User".
