Activity Comments


After an Activity is created, it can be updated with comments, photos, and other files to show progress and post updates.

  1. Click on Activities > Work Inspector.
  2. Click on the Filters tab, enter any relevant filters, then click Filter.
  3. Find the chosen Activity and click on its Work Reference Name.
  4. To create a comment, enter text in the Comment section, then click Save Comment.
  5. Files or photos can also be attached with Choose File.
  6. Enter Tags, an Applicable Date, and select Show on reports? as needed.
  7. To update existing comments, click Edit Comment*.
  8. Make changes as needed, then click Update Comment.
  9. Click Edit Attachment* to update a file’s attributes.
  10. Update the Tags or applicable date as needed, then click Update Attachment.

*  Comments and file attributes can only be edited for a set amount of time by the creator after being posted. This time period can be set via project configuration settings.
