Create and Edit Activities


Activities can be viewed, created and edited individually via the Work Inspector.

A summary of the Activity data is provided in the right-hand column.

  1. Click Start, Stop, Pause or Finish to update or manage the Activity*.
  2. Click Clone Activity to create a new Activity with the same WBS and Work Category).
  3. Click Add related Event to add a new Event.
  4. Click Edit Activity to edit the Activity details.
  5. Click Related Events to view or add Events related to the Activity** (refer Related Events).
  6. Click Progress to view or add Progress to the Activity* (refer Activity Progress).
  7. Click Usage Summary to view Usage for the Activity (refer Activity Usage Summary).
  8. Click Detailed Report   to create a detailed report in pdf format  for the Activity.
  9. Click Edit Activity to edit the Activity details.

    All Activity details can be added or edited from this page. 
    Activity parameters are grouped into sections. 
  10. To go to a section, click on the section in the Jump to section row at the top of the screen.
  11. To return to the top of page, click on Page top on the right hand side of each section.
  12. Once changes are complete, click Update Activity to save all changes.
  13. Activities can be bulk loaded and updated via the Activity Import import***.
