All Activities are linked to an item in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS can be managed independently of the Activity Structure and represent a nested hierarchy or simply a flat list structure. Activities linked to hierarchical WBS items are not automatically rolled up for reporting purposes.

1. Click on Activities > All Activities.
   The WBS structure identifies the number of activities within each WBS item (Discipline).
   
   Activities can be managed from this view using Filters or by selecting an individual WBS item from the left-hand column.
2. Click Export Activities  to download an Excel file of the Activities data.
3. Click Export WBS  to download an Excel file of the WBS data.
4. Activities can be Started, Finished and Paused from this view*.
