Exporting Activities to Excel 

1. In P6, click Projects.
2. In the Projects Navigation Bar, click Activities.
3. On the Activities page, click Customise View.
4. In the Customise View dialog box, click the Columns tab.
5. Move the columns needed in the import template to the Selected Columns list 
   (refer to Suggested Layout Columns).
6. Click Apply.
7. On the Activities page, click Save View.
8. Click Download. 
9. When prompted, either open or save the file.

Bentley does not offer support for Primavera P6, or any other third-party software programs. Any issues encountered when uploading SYNCHRO Perform data to a third-party program should be resolved with the third party.
