Attendance Areas represent entry and exit points where People can record Attendance. Attendance Areas can be used to group Attendance for reporting and integration purposes.
Create Attendance Area
SelectSettings > Project > Attendance Areas.
SelectAdd Attendance Area.
Enter the Attendance Area Name, this must be unique.
SelectCreate Attendance AreaorCreate and Add Another.
Edit Attendance Area
To edit an Attendance Area, click on theicon to the right of any existing Attendance Area.
Edit the Attendance Area Name as needed.
ClickUpdate Attendance Area.
To delete an Attendance Area, click on theicon. If an Attendance Area has a grey icon, there are existing records associated with the Attendance Area and it cannot be deleted.
