SYNCHRO Perform is powered by this user-friendly smartphone application, which acts as a convenient way for project stakeholders to gain system access. All app features are accessible offline and sync to the network later.

Install for Apple
Open the App Store, search for SYNCHRO Perform, select Get, then Install
Install for Android
Open the Play Store, search for SYNCHRO Perform, then select Install:
Install for Windows
From the SYNCHRO Perform web Home page, click on Help in the top-right corner and click Windows App
Store ID
An Apple ID or Google ID is required to access their Stores. Users can create an ID with their company email if they do not wish to use a personal account.
Credit card details are not required; the SYNCHRO Perform app is a free download.
Sign In
Select the SYNCHRO Perform app from a device (icon shown below), then enter the email and password of a SYNCHRO Perform account.
The device will download project data on the first log in. This may take several minutes; do not close the app during this time.
SYNCHRO Perform may ask for access to several features on a device. Granting access is not compulsory, however this may affect some SYNCHRO Perform functions.
Select Project
Once signed in to SYNCHRO Perform, click on the "Select a Project" icon
In the next screen, users will need to click on "Select a Project"
In the "Select Project" screen, select the required project and click "Select Project":
In the "Settings" screen, click "Refresh" until the "Project Name" and "Project Time Zone" fields are populated.
Once the "Project Name" and "Project Time Zone" fields are populated, click on "Back to Home" to return to the home screen.
To change projects, navigate to the Settings screen (by clicking on the "Select a Project" or "cog" icons on the home screen) and click "Deselect Project";
In the new "Deselect Project" screen, click on "Deselect Project" to confirm deselection:
To select a different project, click "Refresh" until the "Select a Project" screen is available to click and then follow the steps above to select a project.
