Inspection Timesheet (Mobile)


The Inspection Timesheet is intended for project inspectors to capture a record of generic project resources. This enables multiple records of the same resource to be recorded in the same day.

  1. Click Inspection Timesheet.
  2. Select a date (defaults to today’s date).
  3. Click View Draft or Create New.
  4. Search Activities or Events, then select their checkboxes.
  5. Select Saved Work, My Work, or All Work to filter.
  6. When all Activities and Events are selected, select Next.
  7. Tap on an Activity or Event to allocate its Time and Usage.
  8. In Allocate Time/Usage, click Yes from Person or Equipment or Other to add these Resources, or click No to clear.
  9. Search and select a Person, Equipment or Other Resource item, then complete details as needed.
  10. When all Resources have been added, click Previous or Next to navigate the Activities and Events, or click Finish.
  11. When the Activities and Events have had all resources allocated, click Save Draft or Submit.
  12. To open a saved draft, click Inspection Timesheet then View Draft.
  13. Click Yes to load the draft, search and add additional Activities and Events and click Next.
  14. Tap on an Activity or Event to allocate its Time and Usage.
