- In Allocate Time/Usage , select
Add to go to Allocate Time - NEW.

- Select from either Saved Work, My Work, or All Work.
- Search and select the appropriate code.
- Enter a description of the work as needed.
- Enter the hours worked for the relevant Person or Equipment.
- To add more allocations, select Add Another Entry, then repeat the process (see below)
- When all entries are complete, select Finish Entry.
- This will return to Allocate Time; when all entries are complete, select Submit.
Note: If allocated hours do not match working hours a warning is displayed, however this does not prevent submission
Add Another Entry
Selecting Add Another Entry allows for additional entries to be recorded under different Work References or Cost Codes.

- For example, if a Person completes work for both hauling material and clearing a site on the same day, both these Activities can be recorded by completing two entries in the same Timesheet
- SYNCHRO Perform Mobile automatically combines all working hours and presents a running total of hours worked for People and Equipment across all entries, and compares this with the total allocated hours for People or Equipment
- Once all hours worked are recorded against the relevant Work References, select Finish Entry to return to the Summary section (as shown above)
Click Submit to submit the timesheet.
