Approve or Reject Usage (Web)


Once Usage has been submitted, it can be approved or rejected in SYNCHRO Perform, or sent to a client for their approval. Multiple Usages can also be approved or rejected at once.
Note: Only users with a Project Admin role or higher can approve Usage. 

  1. Click on Time & Usage > People >   Approve/Reject.

  2. Set a date range (no greater than 62 days), then click Set Date Range.
  3. Click Filters to set filter as needed, then click the Filter button.
    Usages can be filtered by several filters using AND or OR logic operators as needed
    • Person name
    • Supervisor Code
    • Work Role
    • Work Role Category
    • Docket reference
    • Tags
  4. Click the Group by the primary sort column option to group results into relevant categories.
  5. Click the boxes next to the required names, then click Approve Selected, or, click Submit Selected for Client Approval to send to a client.
    The Approval Status will change from ‘Submitted’ to ‘Approved’.
  6. Reject submissions by clicking Reject Selected.
    Note: A reason for rejection must be given.
  7. To review usage times for different Resources, click People, Equipment, or Other.
