Resource Usage Entry (Web)


Resource Usages represent the time, effort and amount of resources used to complete work against Work References for People, Equipment, and Other Materials. The Usage Entry screens allow for individual entries to be created and edited will detailed access to attributes, otherwise not available via the Usage Matrix*.

  1. Click on Time & Usage > People >     Enter Usage
  2. To enter usage, click on Add Resource Usage
    1. Enter Work Date
    2. Enter Person
    3. Enter Work Reference
    4. Enter Usage Code
    5. Optionally, enter Docket number
    6. Optionally, enter Start Time, End Time and Break Duration
    7. Enter Quantity
    8. Enter Unit of Measure
    9. Optionally, enter Rate Code
    10. Optionally, enter Usage Note
    11. Optionally, enter Resource Note
  3. Click Save to save the usage entry
  4. Existing usage entries can be removed by clicking Delete
  5. To enter usage for different resources, click on Equipment or Other in the top-right corner
