Usages can be created in bulk for People, Equipment, and Other Resources, including their associated Docket and Purchase Order details. Data can also be copied from an Excel file into SYNCHRO Perform.
- Click Time & Usage > Bulk Create.

- Enter the Date, following format yyyy/mm/dd.
- Enter the Resource and Work Reference, Usage Code, UoM and Quantity (required).
- Enter other fields as needed*.
- Click on Validate, then Apply.
Data can also be copied and pasted from an Excel file into the table.
- When using this method, ensure the data exactly matches the relevant SYNCHRO Perform data fields.
Resource Names must match those in SYNCHRO Perform, Usage Codes must include their code and abbreviation in brackets, etc. - After pasting, click Validate.
Any errors with data will be highlighted. - Once all data is correct and errors are resolved, click Validate and then Apply.
