Resource Usages are a record of People, Equipment and Other usages, and when combined with rates can be used to calculate costs. Resource Usages can be bulk created or adjusted to correct errors or change allocations.
- Click Time & Usage > Bulk Adjust.

- Usages must be Unapproved or Rejected before they can be adjusted*.
- Enter the date range and any relevant filters, then click Filter.
- Click on the check boxes for any entries requiring adjustment, or click on Select All.
- Set the New Work Reference, New Usage Code, or New Rate Code as needed.
- Enter the Reason for Adjustment (required), then click on Update Selected Entries.
Updated Usages will then need to be reapproved*. - To adjust Equipment or Other usages, click on Equipment or Other, and repeat the process.
