Rules of Credit is a method of progress measurement for Scope Items. Internally, Activities are used to represent the progress for each Work Subprocess applicable to a Scope Item. For these Activities, an earned-value method of 'quantity-progress' is used to allow progressive measurement of progress within pre-defined, percent weighted Work Steps (rules of credit gates)
