Cost Allocation Codes are assigned to Resource Usages (Timesheet entries) based on rules associated with the Work Reference (Activity or Event) and Resource types.

The following Cost Allocation Codes are assigned according to the rules illustrated below:

• Job Number

• Cost Type

• Cost Code

• Cost Code Ref 1

• Cost Code Ref 2

The Cost Allocation Codes can be assigned to the Resource Type and Work Reference, and take immediate effect on the Resource Usage Export.
