Diary entries capture the day-to-day work of a project, recording against custom questions, such as weather, meetings, visitors, and more. Entries can be searched and viewed over time for insight into site trends.
- From the main interface select Diary:
The Daily Diary displays: - Define the following settings as needed:
- Select a Date (defaults to today’s date).
- Select Edit Answers to create a new saved answer, or select the
icon in Comment
in each section to choose a saved answer. - Alternatively, select the Comment box to enter a comment directly.
- Select the
icon on the device’s keyboard to activate voice-to-text.
- Choose or Capture images for each section.
- Up to three images can be added per section.
- Tap images to annotate.
- A timestamp is automatically added.
- Add any relevant Tags to each section
- To save a draft, select Exit > Save and Exit.
- View saved drafts in Drafts.
- Select Submit to submit the diary.
