Project Home page


The project Home page provides a whole of project summary and can be used to identify actions that require attention. It also provides a summary of work items assigned to the current user.

  1. Click on Project  > Home.

    • Status Metric (counts) provides a summary of the number and status of Events, Activities, Labour Timesheets, Equipment Usages, Other Usages, Dockets or Invoices.
    • Timeline shows the last 10 timeline entries
    • Gallery shows the last 10 photos
    • Daily Attendance Summary (headcount) shows the last 10 days of Attendance data
    • Daily Labour Summary (hours) shows the last 10 days of Usage data and status (depicted by coloured highlighting)
    • Your Activities and Your Events shows up to 5 items assigned to the current user
  2. Click the Add   icon next to Events, Labour Timesheets, Equipment Usages, Other Usages, Dockets or Invoices, to add a new Usage.
  3. Click the Gallery   icon to go to the photo gallery.
  4. Click the Timeline   icon to go to the Timeline for the current day, or click on an individual entry link to go to entry.
  5. Click on any day in the Daily Attendance Summary (headcount) to go to the Attendance data for that day.
  6. Click on any day in the Daily Labour Summary (hours) go to the Usage data for that day. The coloured shading of Usage identifies the status of Usage for each day.
