Data on the mobile app is automatically synced to SYNCHRO Perform servers when the app is open with a reliable internet connection. However, if a reliable connection is not available, the app can be manually synced as needed.

  1. Select the   icon in the top-right corner to sync the device.
  2. (Alternatively) select the   icon to view the Settings page.
  3. Select Advanced, then select Force Sync to sync the device.
  4. Syncing may take some time; do not close the app when syncing.
    The Options section displays any files still waiting to upload*.
  5. If ‘No uploads pending’ appears, all files have been uploaded, and the device does
    not need to be synced.

The Options section does not live update; to refresh, exit the screen then reselect Advanced to return
