Data on the mobile app is automatically synced to SYNCHRO Perform servers when the app is open with a reliable internet connection. However, if a reliable connection is not available, the app can be manually synced as needed.
- Select the
icon in the top-right corner to sync the device.
- (Alternatively) select the
icon to view the Settings page.
- Select Advanced, then select Force Sync to sync the device.
- Syncing may take some time; do not close the app when syncing.
The Options section displays any files still waiting to upload*. - If ‘No uploads pending’ appears, all files have been uploaded, and the device does
not need to be synced.
* The Options section does not live update; to refresh, exit the screen then reselect Advanced to return
