Site Dockets record the hours worked and work completed for up to five (5) People, five (5) Equipment items, and five (5) Other Resources. Each Docket is created with a Unique Docket Identifier.
- Select Dockets > Site Dockets.

- Select Yes on ‘Enter start and end times?’, then enter these times, and Break Duration.
- Select Edit People, Edit Equipment, and Enter Other Resources as needed.
- To add a Person, click On, search for a person’s name, then select their check box.
- Select their Rate Code + Unit of Measure then choose None, Override, or Keep for their Start and End Time.
- None removes working hours.
- Override edits existing hours.
- Keep leaves the current hours.
- Select Finish Editing when all details are entered.
- Repeat this process for Edit Equipment and Edit Other Resources as needed.
- When all details are entered, select Next.
- Select either Saved Work, My Work, or All Work, then select a work code.

- Add a Comment beneath a Person as needed.
- Add comments beneath any Resources (Equipment or Other) added as needed.
- Search for the name of the person submitting this docket, then select their check box.
- Have the person submitting the docket sign in the signature box (required).
- Select the
icon to choose the person who will approve the docket (required). - When all details are entered, select Submit.
Notes:
- Data entered here will be saved for subsequent entries
- If a project does not have Docket Approval enabled, the Approval section will not appear. Dockets can still be submitted if this is the case
