Labour and Plant Docket (Mobile)


Labour and Plant Dockets are intended for use by individual subcontract workers submitting hours worked and work completed for a Person and up to three Equipment items, using multiple units of measure as needed.

  1. Select Dockets > Labour & Plant Docket.
  2. If a single Docket is needed, (consult the Site Champion to clarify), click Yes on ‘Record to single Docket?’.
  3. Click either Scan or Search by Name to enter a Person’s details.
    • If Scan, use the device to scan their QR code.
    • If Search by Name, enter their details and select the check box next to their name.
  4. Enter a Start Time, End Time, and Break Duration as needed.
  5. To add Equipment, click Yes on Add Equipment Item as needed.
  6. To search for equipment and enter times, follow the same process for adding a Person.
  7. Click Set on ‘Equipment SMU Start/Finish’ and enter measurements as needed.
  8. To add additional Equipment, click Yes on ‘Add Equipment Item’ as needed.
  9. Search for an Activity in Activity/Event/Cost Code 1, then select its check box.
  10. Enter the Allocated Hours for the person, ensuring they match the Working Hours, then select the correct Rate Code + Unit of Measure.
  11. Enter the Allocated Hours for any equipment as needed, ensuring they match the Working Hours,
    then select a Rate Code + Unit of Measure.
  12. Leave comments in Describe the work performed and Resource Comments as needed.
  13. To add additional Codes, click Yes on ‘Add another Activity/Event/Cost Code?’ as needed.
  14. Up to three (3) Activities can be selected.
  15. In Submitter, select the person submitting the Docket, then have them sign in the box.
  16. Click Clear to clear the signature box.
  17. In Select Reviewer, select the icon to choose who will approve the Docket.
  18. When all details are entered, select Submit.
