Other Resource Docket (Mobile)


Other Resources represent materials, generic Equipment, and unnamed People. Other Dockets are used to record Usage for Other Resources and support multiple units of measure, but only to a single temporary Work Reference.*

  1. Select Dockets > Other Docket.
  2. Search and select in Search for an Other Resource to choose a Resource.
  3. Select a Date.
    • Defaults to today’s date.
  4. The Unit of Measure defaults to hours; click Change, then select the   icon to select a Unit of  Measure.
  5. Enter an Allocated Quantity.
  6. Leave a note describing the work as needed.
  7. Sign in the Submitter Signature box.
  8. Select the   icon to choose who approves the Docket.
  9. When all details are entered, click Submit.

* This Usage can be reallocated to different Work References via SYNCHRO Perform Web.
