Custom Menu


The left-hand navigation menu can be customised for each project to simplify the user experience. Hiding a menu item only affects visibility in the main menu, it does not affect user access* to that item.

  1. Click on Settings > Administration > Custom Menu​.
  2. Click the Enable Custom Menu for the current Project, as needed – this will make the custom menu active instead of the default menu for all users on the project.
  3. Click the Allow Users to display hidden menu items, as needed – this adds a control to the main menu to display hidden menu items when clicked.
  4. It is not recommended to hide the Mobile Entries page as this provides an audit trail for mobile entries and upload failures.
  5. Check or uncheck menu items as needed based on features being used on the project, then click Save.
