Locations


Locations are attributes of Activities. The Location attribute is used to identify the physical area or site location where work is being performed. Locations are used to group and filter data, and for reporting. 

  1. Select Settings > Project >  Locations.
  2. Select Add Location.
  3. Enter the Location Name, Latitude, Longitude, or map URL as required and select Create Location or select Create and Add Another to create additional Locations.
  4. To edit a Location, click on the   icon to the right of any existing Location.
  5. Edit the required properties and select Update Location​.
  6. To delete a Location, click on the   icon​.
  7. If a Location has a grey icon , there are existing Activities associated with this Location and it cannot be deleted.
