Notice Types represent the different Notice templates that are available to be used to create Notices linked to Events.
- To create a Notice Type, click on Settings > Templates > Notices > Add Notice Type.

- Enter Name and Contract clause (the number from the contract).
- Enter the following, as needed.
- Duration (the duration drives the Notice due date, from the Event creation date)
- Default notifications email addresses
- Header, Content and Footer HTML (refer Notice template help*)
- Spacing
- Margins
- Once finished, click Save or Save and Close.
Notice Types - View or Edit
- To view the Notice Types, click on Settings > Templates > Notices.

- To edit the Notice, click
. - Make changes as required to:
- Name
- Contract clause
- Duration
- Default notifications email addresses
- Header, Content and Footer HTML*
- Spacing
- Margins
- Once finished, click Save or Save and Close.
