Event Notice Types


Notice Types represent the different Notice templates that are available to be used to create Notices linked to Events.

  1. To create a Notice Type, click on Settings > Templates > Notices > Add Notice Type.
  2. Enter Name and Contract clause (the number from the contract).
  3. Enter the following, as needed.
    • Duration (the duration drives the Notice due date, from the Event creation date)
    • Default notifications email addresses
    • Header, Content and Footer HTML (refer Notice template help*)
    • Spacing
    • Margins
  4. Once finished, click Save or Save and Close.

Notice Types - View or Edit

  1. To view the Notice Types, click on Settings > Templates > Notices.
  2. To edit the Notice, click  .
  3. Make changes as required to:
    • Name
    • Contract clause
    • Duration
    • Default notifications email addresses
    • Header, Content and Footer HTML*
    • Spacing
    • Margins
  4. Once finished, click Save or Save and Close.
